What I liked

The speed and efficiency of the nurse who first assessed me on arrival at the QE Hospital was second to none. I was ushered through to a treatment room where I was overwhelmed with care and attention. From that moment on I was subject to some of the best treatment anyone could ever want to receive. The Doctors and Nurses were absolutely brilliant, I was treated with dignity and respect and was informed on a regular basis as to what treatment I would be receiving. Although it was a bit of a shock to be told I was having a heart attack, I kept calm knowing that I was surrounded by some of the best Doctors and Nurses in the country, I felt I had nothing to fear as I was in very safe hands.

What could be improved

You ask the question, "What could have been improved"? in a word, NOTHING.

The expertise and professionalism of all the QE Staff concerned was and is first rate. You cannot improve on excellence.

Anything else?

Through the speedy response and delivery of treatment by the medical staff I am now well on my way to a full recovery. The care and indeed aftercare has been fantastic. My heartfelt thanks go to all who were there to help me in my hour of need.
