"Smooth experience"

Had an 8hour awake craniotomy and the staff where exemplary in all areas of the care they provided. All ran smoothly for me and during the operation all staff did all they could to help me be as comfortable as possible. If i was too hot they gave me ice packs, when i got too cold they took the ice packs away and placed blankets over me. When I was thirsty they soaked small sponges with cool water to freshen my mouth. Thank you for your care and although I hope never to have to go through this procedure again the experiences I had and the attention and care I received would comfort me going into future procedures.
