great service from the NHS today: respectful friendly and courteous staff, gave me clear and straightforward care for my minor hand injury. Clear advice from reception, xray staff, doctor and splints _ much appreciated my only observation: triage in first A&E reception did not prioritise one pregnant woman who arrived after me, in clear need of prompt help (ie in pain) over me / I let her go ahead of me.
staff in booth rather remote from the waiting patients?
