About: Clacton Hospital

I went for an appointment today and was greeted by friendly staff. Everyone said hello or good morning. The nurses were brilliant very friendly and very efficient. I had to see a consultant and that's where it fell down from the moment I stepped into the room but that is not the fault of the hospital that was the fault of the consultant for judging me and my illness. I went for blood tests and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I also went to the pharmacy and again the staff were efficient and friendly. My experience over all minus the consultant was excellent. As I've said a hospital can't be responsible for doctors' opinions and had I have chosen a different date I may have seen somebody with a different attitude. But a big thank you to all the friendly staff though it really was a breath of fresh air.
