What I liked

the quick admission to A&E via ambulance

What could be improved

patient care, consideration of needs and knowledge/training; respect for patients; response times for medication etc (i waited 4.5 hours from being admitted, with very little pain relief, even when I asked i was told I would have to wait an hour because that is when medication is dispensed)

Anything else?

I will not use this hospital again instead I will opt for another in the locality as this has been a second disappointing visit. The first was for maternity the second I stayed 3 days for serious illness
