What I liked

The Dr and his team did everything possible to make me comfortable. They were exceptionally friendly and warm.

What could be improved

Nothing. There was total care and respect.

This is written on behalf of my Mother, who visited RVI today. Mother is almost 97 years old, partially sighted and physically disabled. She is articulate and intelligent and appreciates being treated on equal terms despite her age related problems. The Dr and the team in Dermatology Surgery, were outstanding in their treatment and warmth towards my Mother. She is deeply grateful and so am I.
