"Deep Hip Injection - 3rd October at EoC"

I cannot praise all the staff enough on the day I had this procedure.

The team in the area I entered were helpful, cheery and extremely professional from the moment I was greeted on entering the ward to get prepared for my hip injection.

I saw at least 4 people and had to complete a few questions but they were all very thorough in their respective jobs.

I have had many procedures over the years, both here in the UK and overseas I would like to thank the doctor and their team.

I was able to walk to the Theatre and once there, the nurses and clinical staff were jolly and put me, a very nervous person, at ease. I was 'put out' so quickly and efficiently. Please convey my thanks to all on that day.

A special thanks also the team for always picking me up/dropping me off - again a wonderful service.
