I came to the Haywood walk in centre with a bite on my leg that had become seriously swollen and with a 15 cm circumference. It was ridiculously hot and the pain from it was unbareable like no other bite I've had before my leg became numb and I started to get pins and needles. They send me away, to put an ice pack on. Not 24 hours later I visited Hanley walk in centre who said it was severely infected I should have never of been sent away without antibiotics and it could of resulted in hospitilisation if u hadn't of visited them that day. I thought this was shocking
"Absolutely shocking"
