I attended the Day Surgery Unit 3 today (Sunday Nov.1) an 0800hrs start, along with quite a few other patients, in fact the waiting room was full. The treatment was second to none, despite some bad press, our NHS has to be one of the best, if not the best, in the world. Everyone was so considerate, very professional, the nursing staff were so so caring. The surgeon who was giving their weekend up, was surperb, very personable, very professional, talking thro' every stage of the procedure, before and during. My treatment only involved local anaesthetic but they were very careful to ensure it was pain free.

The overall experience was faultless, I cannot speak highly enough of this team.
