(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been lucky enough to have home based physiotherapy. The exercises I have been given have been well considered and well taught as they can be done at home and not in the hospital treatment room.

It is my intention to practice so that I can regain strength and balance for next years summer.

Thank you again for your support to regain my balance to prevent falls but also for giving me back some self confidence
