"Very thorough and caring"

My dad (in his 70s) had an accident at home and was taken by ambulance to A&E. The staff showed genuine concern and were polite, caring and helpful at all times. He had detailed and thorough tests and we knew the extent of the damage by the end of the day. He was given medication and advice and we knew what to do when we went home. He was given tea to eat before he left (we were there for 7 hours) and the nurse phoned up this morning to check he was alright.

Apart from all the lengthy waiting - which is not the fault of the staff - I cannot fault the care or the quality of the staff who helped us. It was excellent. Thank you
