"TURP operation Urlogy"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

I had the above operation as a conclusion to out patient visits. The op. was done on 8/10/15 and went well. However because I could not pass sufficient urine I was discharged on 10/10/15 with an indwelling catheter. This was removed after three weeks and fortunately I was able to empty my bladder well. I was therefore discharged. It was uncomfortable whilst the indweller was in, but was worth the discomfort because it has done the trick. I would like to thank the Surgeon who did the op. The Anaesthesiologist an theatre nurses. The nurse in the recovery area. All staff in urology outpatients, H2, and urology day care for their kind attention.
