I attended clinic for my appointment, as planned, for an examination I wasn't looking forward to. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked in. Details taken, checked and rechecked.
The Staff on duty were very helpful, very caring, and above all, very respectful of the after affects of the procedures that were taking place.
The after care was spot on, tea and sandwiches most welcomed after not eating for 24 hours...
Hats off to all the staff. Your duty to care was flawless.
