"Caring and professional"

I underwent knee replacement surgery on 1st July and spent two days recovering on Gara ward. The hospital was spotless and the level of care I received was excellent - from cleaners, catering staff , the nursing team, surgical team - everyone made me feel that I wasn't just a statistic being processed through the system. I was very apprehensive about having surgery but the caring and professional staff helped to alleviate my fears. I would like to thank all the hard working dedicated staff who looked after me - hope to see you for my second knee surgery!
