"Extremely disappointed"

About: The Royal London Hospital

I did imagine all this will happend when I was in labour , after I gave birth actually . No communication at all and most of the staff are acting like robots. No care , no nothing . We are all busy but we are dealing with lifes . As my husband was saying: I am a bartender , I am preparing cocktails , for you is the same , the difference is that in hospitality you have to satisfy the guest always , as he is always right . Comparing with hospitals , were you are dealing with lifes ! A total disaster . I knew this will happend , but was to late to change the hospital.

We were afortunated that there were few midwifes that were attentive and help a lot . In rest, most of the staff, were outside the world .

No humanity at all! I definetly don't recommend this hospital.
