"Wonderful staff"

My daughter had a sudden onset of Croup, and although not serious it was out of hours for our GP and I knew from previous episodes she needed a dose of steroids. The Consultant was so kind, talked my toddler through all the checks they went through with her, and reassured her and she responded with complete and utter trust. I left feeling listened too and felt my parental instincts had been completely respected. The Consultant was so kind and even though it was a short appointment, they made us feel like they had all the time in the world. Thank you.
