"Waiting times for an appointment"

About: Somerset NHS Foundation Trust / Adult community mental health

(as the patient),

Waited for an appointment for assessment for 7 weeks which got cancelled by error a day before by a receptionist, to be told I have to wait until December now for the next appointment. In my opinion, that's definitely inadequate.
