"Visiting a podiatrist in Ashfield Health Village"

About: Adult Specialist Services / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I'm sorry to say this was the worst NHS experience I've ever come across. I was there to see the doctor, who didnt greet me, just told me to sit down, take my shoes off and get out the consent form. I thought he was very rude in the way that he spoke to me throughout the consultation. At one stage I thought I should just walk out because I felt that I didn't deserve to be spoken to in a disrespectful manner. He made me feel, intimated and like I was wasting his time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments about your recent vist to the podiatry service at Ashfield Health Village. Please accept my apologies for the level of service you received, and there is no excuse for the way you were treated.

If you would like to contact me on 01623 785208 to discuss this, I will be able to investigate further.
