What I liked
I had hip resurfacing surgery last December at North Tyneside Hospital, three weeks after that I was well on the way to a complete recovery with thanks to the skill and professionalism of the staff and support from ward 20.
Over recent years my family have had emergency treatment at this hospital and we are grateful and supportive of the NHS in the face of what often appears to be relentless media criticism.
