"Appointment times for Rituximab Infusions."

Whilst I can rave about the hospital, staff, department , can not rave about a start time for the Rituximab infusion - making Arthritics/Lupus suffers to get up at 6:00 am to get to the hospital for 8:15am is ridiculous. In my case I had an Asthma attack getting into taxi at 8:00 am. I dont ask for an ambulance because they turn up at 7:00am. I get to the hospital for 7:20am to be told that the ward does not open until 8:00am by a cleaner. I went back downstairs to get a coffee they were shut also. I waited 40 minutes when the staff started filtering in. Please give us at least a 9:15 am start.
