What I liked

We're from West Lothian in Scotland, we were visiting friends in Whitley Bay and had to visit A&E after my 2 year old daughter fell and split open her head. We were given exceptional treatment from the receptionist, the assessment nurse and the doctor. Grace left the hospital not a traumatised 2 year old but a happy little girl with some butterfly stiches on her head, a teddy and a sticker. We were in and out within 30 mins. What can I say what a fantastic hospital!

What could be improved

Pass your proceedures onto St John's Hospital In Livingston West Lothian Scotland. They need it!
