I had to make a quick urgent telephone call to PRUH this morning, the person I spoke to on main reception was excellent, nothing to much trouble for them and they went out of their way to find the answer to my minor query. Wish I had taken their name. Thank you for what was a minor query when you must deal with major more important stuff all day.
Fantastic NHS staff, too often unacknowledged. 8.10am 29/10/15

Thank you for acknowledging staff that of course play an extremely important role within the hospital when patients and anxious releatives require assistance. I will feedback your comments.
