"Fastastic hospital with outstanding team"

I have been under the care of my Dr for some time now and find the team in general and Leighton hospital to be outstanding. The staff are extremely friendly and listen to your needs, most of the time appointments are timely for the nhs and when there is a delay, they keep you informed by phone, proceedures are made as comfortable as possible with exceptionally caring nurses in the outpatient dept. Special mention to one nurse in particular. Very impressed both with their manner and approach to treatment when the Dr is not available.. They are a real asset to the team and a fantastic point of contact for patients with IBD. Cant recommend The dept enough. (Luckily, i have only ever had outpatients!!).
