"Unacceptable waiting time of over 5h!"

About: The James Cook University Hospital

When we arrived we were told waiting time was 3h. It took over 5 h to get seen and have an X-ray. Doctor took over an hour from X-ray to see me again. From the waiting area we could see the nurses & doctors and they spent most of the night chatting. Totally unacceptable & one doctor we saw had a very bad attitude and was not nice.
