"Understanding and informative"

About: Leeds Dental Hospital

After a collapse in March this year I hit my temple on concrete and had a black eye and no movement in the upper right side of my forehead, my eyebrow did not move for months and the hair fell out of my eyebrow and was suffering with pain... I was referred over to this unit in May and even though it was a long wait the service on the day was brilliant. The doctor was extremely approachable and understanding they were very clear and even though now I have gained most of the movement back they still made sure that all was okay and referred me to a unit nearer to me after I moved so that a follow up appointment could take place as I was still suffering with pain. It's unfortunate that full movement may not return but it was clear and informative as to why, So all in all I came out of there feeling like my issues were taken into consideration and heard.
