"Pilgrim hospital A&E"

I attended pilgrim after calling 111 due to a large burn. I waited approx half hr for triage and then further hour to see the advanced practitioners. I think this is a reasonable amount of time especially as it was so busy and I understand there has to be priorities

Only little thing is the uncomfortable chairs, especially with an injury!

This however is insignificant when I look at the treatment I received. The reception, triage nurse and advanced practitioners were lovely, respectful and understanding. The care they gave was fantastic and I think that its important that all the positives are shared as we see too many negative comments which are few im sure when you take into account the amount of patients that come and go
