My mum attended audiology for hearing tests and subsequent fitting of hearing aids and I would just like to say what an efficient service but also what excellent care she received from the audiologist Oliver West.
He was so polite, kind and professional. A real credit to himself, our local hospital and the NHS as a whole. Thank you.
