"Audiology department TINNITUS"

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

The practitioner was very clear and answered every question in a way that was understandable to someone for whom English is not their first language.

Instructions about what to do next were extremely carefully explained along with the reasoning behind them.

The practitioner was also very friendly and only when essential used medical terms that were again clearly explained.

The practitioner showed empathy and kindness as well as a willingness to listen.
