About: Barnet Hospital

Hi I have just had to phone Barnet Hospital to be put through to a department, the receptionist was so rude and abrupt told me the line I needed was busy and went to hang up, I asked for the direct line number which was given with a bit of attitude. I called the dermatology department directly and spoke to a very polite person who helped with my query quickly and efficiently. I always thought first impressions count, luckily this isn't true in your hospitals case, the staff in the clinics and wards are lovely but the hospital is let down by the reception team who when phoning are the first contact with your hospital and make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them.
