Once again I have nothing but praise for the treatment that I have received from members of staff of the James Paget Hospital. I attended the Audiology & Hearing Aid Department Outpatients today to have a hearing test and follow up consultation in prep for the provision of a hearing aid(s). I was treated by a very pleasant and courteous healthcare assistant. They provided me with everything that I needed to know and their friendly and courteous demeanour is a credit to their profession.

Additionally, there were other members of the Audiology Department present at various times throughout my visit. They too were friendly and amenable and made for an extremely impressive experience. Thank you for your care and help.
