"ACL Reconstruction 21/10/15 ST Joseph's ward"

This was my experience of a hospital stay and operation. To say I was apprehensive prior to my attendance is an understatement. However, from the moment I got to the ward and met the staff I could not have had a better experience. From the consultant down to the cleaner, every aspect of care and respect was adhered to in an absolute first class manner.

A special mention should be given to the nursing and health care staff who not only dealt with every medical aspect of my stay, but they also carried themselves in a truly professional manner yet at the same time were very humorous and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble.

I hope that I am not in any need for future hospitalisation but if I ever do, the experience I got from this hospital during my 2 day stay has done nothing other than to show what a truly great job our frontline nhs staff do. My hugest of thanks to you all.
