"Quick, efficient and 1st Class"

I would just like to thank all staff at the QE who attended to me on Thursday 15th October, I was brought in to A&E as I had had a fall, the Staff were brilliant very efficient and looked after me very well, then X-ray department were the same, everyone making sure that I was comfortable and in as little pain as possible, all staff kept me informed on what was happening and what was going to happen. I had broken my hip so it meant that I was admitted on to Gayton Ward, which was fairly quick and easy, the only thing which is a bit of a negative is the age difference between the patience, which was quite a difference especially for the younger person, but other than that I was treated very well and considering the amount of Staff to the amount of patience and ages they were first class, food was good too. The surgeon and the theatre staff were first class I felt at ease all the time, I even managed to thank them after op when I came back in operating theatre!

Post op on Gayton ward was very good too.

All in all my stay at the QE was first class and I cant fault anything. Please pass on my thanks to all members of staff who were involved with me.
