I took my mother to the neurophysiology department yesterday, for tests for carpal tunnel syndrome.
The receptionist was friendly and welcoming.
We only had to wait a very short time before being called in by an extremely pleasant doctor who ran the tests.
The doctor was polite and had a very gentle manner which my mother appreciated.
The doctor explained what the test involved, carried them out efficiently and discussed the results clearly.
We were very satisfied with the care and attention received.
