"Outstanding care from the Eye Clinic"

My son was treated in the Eye Clinic, following an injury to the face. Everyone was very friendly and professional, explaining to us what would happen next, in clear terms. Great care from all members of staff, from the receptionist, triage nurse, radiographer. Special thanks to the Ophthalmologist and the Orthoptist. People complain about the NHS, unfairly, when we consider how it has been deliberately starved of funding by people in power, often to increase the profits of private providers, in which they themselves have a financial interest. Fact is, we still access some of the best healthcare in the world, from some of the most highly-skilled staff, and we pay no more than our NI and tax contributions for it. Marvellous.
