What I liked

My mother was an in patient in Coquet Ward, Alnwick Infirmary from 8th - 16th June under the care of the doctor,.for rehabilitation following surgery in Newcastle General Hospital. Her treatment by all members of staff was exemplary and the ward was spotless. This has clearly not been achieved without a huge measure of hard work, well done and thank you.

What could be improved

Quantity and layout of wash basins in bathrooms
