"Cataract"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

I had a consultation on 7 sept 2015 and was put down for an operation. Having heard nothing by 26 Oct 2015 I called the department to be told there was nothing on record. I was given the secretary's number only to find they are on leave until 7 Nov. All I could do was leave a message and hope they take notice. So for nearly 2 months I have waited in vain with discomfort and poor sight. Not impressed.

I am sorry to hear that you have had such a fragmented and unsatisfactory experience following your appointment in the Ophthalmology Department. I would like to try and address this problem for you and would be grateful if you could either contact me directly or contact the PALS Department on 01553 61335.

Thank you.
