Having used this to complain about Barts health whips cross on the 6 August they finally replied on 26 October this after it took 7 months to get a follow up appointment that I should of had after 6 weeks and then to get operation date and to arrive and be cancelled 6 hours after arriving I,m so glad I refused to be treated by this 2nd rate unorganised uncaring organisation any longer and insist on being treated by University College London Hospitals what a completely different and professional organisation they are compared to Barts Health
