What I liked
I came in on Sunday 23rd May with my son who had cut his head after falling off his bike. I just wanted to thank the staff on the Minor Injuries Unit, the receptionist, the nurse, everyone who dealt with us.
The whole process was very smooth and he was quickly treated and sent home again. to keep young children when they've had a bump is quite a skill but they really did a great job. As we live out of the area, I'd like to think our visit to the hospital was a one off but as we are regular visitors to Alnwick and we have three lively boys it may not be!.
