The care my husband received from Accident and Emergency, Assessment ward and ward 120 was very good but I felt I had to mention the horrendous transfer from assessment to ward 120. Having to take a very sick man through the main waiting area for lifts is beyond belief. He was extremely frightened and upset and I was just glad I was with him. Fighting through a crush of visitors to the hospital in order to access a lift is very bad practice and the transfer staff seemed oblivious to his distress.
"Reviewing on behalf of my father who passed..."
