About: Basildon University Hospital

This unit is run with a Victorian might is right attitude where the patient has to accept the view of the doctors consultants without question,It has a bullying atmosphere with little concern for the patients mental health or wellbeing the sooner this unit is closed and new management can take over the better.This place is a ticking time bomb of abuse and discrimination.I have made the CQC aware of my experiences and hope enough patients make there feelings known to make changes to this place.

Although based on the hospital site, the Unit is managed by the South Essex Partnership Trust (SEPT). I have therefore forwarded your comments to them.
