"First Class Hospital"

I was sent to A and E by my GP in April 2015 and was very impressed by the care I received. The nurse in A and E kept me informed at all times and ensured that I was seen by an ENT specialist. The specialist was excellent and explained every stage of my treatment including the decision to admit me overnight as an emergency. This outstanding level of care continued when I was admitted to the ward. The night staff were kind, calm and a credit to their profession. The ward was clean and the food was first class. The staff in the day were also excellent and they ensured that I was seen by a senior ENT specialist that day (Good Friday) who arranged further investigations and medication. I would highly recommend both the A and E department at this hospital and the ward.
