we went in to the A&E departmant and the first point of communication with the receptionist was discussting. I was concerned about my partner and the receptionist just replied with a face and attitude “well hes in the right place ” well that’s funny the last time I went into QA I had to tell the nurse what was wrong with me as they were trying to treat someone that was fine and not look at the issues I went in for and they were trying to feed me pills that weren’t mine along the fact there is no love left in that place. In the end we left were better sorting ourselves out at home. I only yesterday got a phone call from one department apologising for the was a nurse spoke to me a few weeks back, what a poor excuse for a hospital
"they need new staff as the current ones dont..."
