"Phone system"

About: Bristol Eye Hospital

I called the main number this morning and they transferred me to the eye accident and emergency. This was a recorded message to say "we are busy and open from 8.30 until 5. Goodbye". !

No advice as to wether I should come in and wait, call back later, why no option to leave a voice message.
