What I liked

I came into the james cook hospital, admitted to the sdu as a patient, overnight stay for my tonsellectomy. Everything went to plan and very smoothly, I would deffinetly reccomend this hospital to everyone. the night nurse was amazing she made everyone feel special. I want to say a huge thanks to the surgical day unit for all there help and for making my stay as nice as possible.

What could be improved

More tv's preferbly on each bed as theres only one in the middle.

Thank you for your email Tori, I have sent this to the Manager of the Surgical Day Unit to share with her staff.

Your comment regarding the televisions is currently being considered for overnight patients and the staff are looking at how best to facilitate this.
