"A&E Waiting Times"

I have had the misfortune to need the A&E services of King Georges twice in the space of 6 weeks. Suffering from a very fast and irregular heart beat (upto 180bpm) andr being taken there by Ambulance, we were not given any due care and told to wait in the general waiting area. We were there on both occasions through the night, waiting for 6 hours before seeing a Doctor.

The consultation with the doctors, on both occasions took less than 10 minutes.

I have been a patient under King Georges for several years, and have always felt safe in their hands.

I am sorry to say that this is no longer the case, and I am sad to say that the service we received was not acceptable, and the "managers" who organise the A&E department should be ashamed of what it has become. Very sad!
