"Keep on being awesome"

The warmth and friendliness of the staff made a stressful day (open hernia repair procedure) much less scary. From the member of staff who directed us to the day care unit to the reception and ward where I waited and the theatre staff, everyone went out of their way to inform and reassure in such a professional and sympathetic way while efficiently working under pressure of time.

The brand new premises were good but the atmosphere of warmth and humour makes all the difference when you are a patient. I am very glad I opted to have the procedure done here.
