My mother was admitted to WH after I took her to A & E suffering from Pancreatitis.

The nurses manner was caring and professional even though the nurse was obviously under immense pressure.

Once my mother was moved to a ward I had a few issues regarding her care and lack of information which were dealt with efficiently and effectively.

I feel passionately about our NHS service and would like to pass on my gratitude to the NHS staff who are doing a great job under immense pressure through no fault of their own.
