"Leicestershire and Rutland out of hours dentistry service"

I rang my dentist on a Sat morning after my 5 yr old was complaining of toothache and having a swollen face. My dentist was closed: answerphone said ring 111. I did. 111 told me to ring the out of hours dentist on Nelson Street in Leicester. They could not transfer me direct till after 1pm. I rang then: engaged. Engaged. Engaged. Then I got an answerphone message saying they were closed and would open at 9 am that Sat am ( it was now about 10. 30am) I left a message asking for an immediate callback. It is now 4. 18pm and I have STILL not been called back to advise where I should take me son. I have advised my MP of this. A small child left in pain for hours and hours! ! ! This is disgraceful! ! Every town should have an OOH dentist not one in TWO counties! ! !
