As a very recently retired NHS nurse I feel able to compare standards at my local NHS hospitals and the care you provided at Fulwood Hall. I would like to take the NHS Directors and managers of nurses, physios and support staff to your hospital and show them what it is like to see staff deliver gold standard care. I don't know how your staff are so motivated and committed to giving first class care, from cleaners to Drs, whilst NHS staff are unable to offer this standard

Having a TKR was an traumatic experience but I was supported, encouraged and cared for by your passionate staff. My aftercare has been excellent and I cannot thank everyone for the TLC delivered so professionally. Thank you
