What I liked

The caring, friendly approach of ALL those who worked so diligently for my benefit. I include the cleaning and catering operatives in this. My wife and son received full and considerate contact also.

Anything else?

I was also a patient in September 2008 and was dealt with as above. I will shortly again be at the Hospital for examinations/treatment and this is the reason for wishing to be anonymous at this time.
